Shipping Information

• We package and ship Monday – Friday, between 5 a.m. and 11 a.m. Pacific Time. We do not ship on weekends or during Canada Post closures or holidays.
• Payments received after 11 a.m. Pacific Time will result in the order being shipped the next business day.
• If you place an order after the mail cut-off time, it may show as “processing” as we aim to ensure the earliest possible drop-off at the post office.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours on weekdays and 3 days over the weekend.
